Clothes are a key part of weddings — and, it turns out, the marriage of art and commerce.Katie Holmes, Josh Duhamel and Malin Akerman are among the well-dressed stars of upcoming film “The Romantics,” which is all about friends reuniting for a wedding with a few wounds still not healed. Here, fashion isn’t just playing a supporting role — it’s a key marketing partner for the film.
The cast, which also includes Adam Brody, Rebecca Lawrence and Jeremy Strong, reunited recently for a photo shoot for J.Crew and changed in and out of several outfits over the course of several hours for the retailer’s fall catalog and the brand’s website.
J. Crew finally revealed their shoot with ‘The Romantics’ cast via their website and of course, a few feature some adorable shots of Adam! Caps from the 2 behind the scenes videos have finally been added as well.

A new trailer for ‘The Romantics’ popped up a few days ago and you can watch it below! Unfortunately, not many scenes of Adam are in it. Also, some new stills (thanks to Nese over at FF) and posters have been added to the gallery.

With a DJ on the sidelines and cupcakes in hand, Holmes, Duhamel, Malin Åkerman, Adam Brody, Jeremy Strong and Rebecca Lawrence celebrate in the newest party attire from J. Crew. “We don’t really go anywhere without a DJ,” Duhamel jokes. “Whenever I’m near Katie, I know there’s going to be delicious cupcakes somewhere.”
Adam was in New York recently for a photoshoot session with his ‘The Romantics’ cast for J. Crew. One photo has been added along with some old/new candids ABO didn’t have yet.
