Adam has snagged himself a new role! He’ll be starring in Gia Milani’s indie drama, All The Wrong Reasons.
After playing the male lead opposite Greta Gerwig in Whit Stillman’s “Damsels in Distress,” Adam Brody is continuing in indies, as he’s set to lead the ensemble of Gia Milani’s drama “All the Wrong Reasons.”
A co-production between Shore Road Pictures and Buffalo Gal Pictures, pic will co-star Kevin Zegers and “Cosmopolis” thesps Sarah Gadon and Emily Hampshire.
Milani’s script follows four friends as they wander around New York City over the course of one eventful day. Pic is skedded to start production later this month in Halifax, Canada.
Milani and Tony Whalen are producing for Shore Road along with Buffalo Gal principal Phyllis Laing, while Shore Road’s Monique Perro will serve as associate producer.
Since Brody ended his run on the hit series “The O.C.,” he has kept busy in independent films. Not only will he soon be seen as porn star Harry Reems alongside Amanda Seyfried in “Lovelace,” but he has four other indie pics awaiting release, including Julian Farino’s “The Oranges,” Rob Meltzer’s corporate comedy “Welcome to the Jungle,” a feature adaptation of Neil LaBute’s play “Some Girls” and the Atlas Independent-produced comedy “Revenge For Jolly!” Thesp also stole several scenes as Keira Knightley’s boyfriend in “Seeking a Friend For the End of the World.”
